Blessing of the Animals

Bring your furry friends to the Blessing of the Animals on Saturday, October 5th at 4:00 pm in the church parking lot. Please have them on leash, in a carrier, or in your car during the service. There will be a blessing given to each one, with some treats.

All Saints Day

Sunday, November 3rd is All Saints Day. We will be remembering our members who passed away this year by putting white carnations into a cross (made for that purpose) while the deceased’s name is read and a bell is rung. If you have a family member who is not a member at Bethel Wesley who you would like to invite to participate in the service, please contact Karen in the church office.

Charge Conference

Bethel Wesley’s Charge Conference is Sunday, October 13th at 1:30 pm at Colona United Methodist Church, 1709 Cleveland Road. Everyone is encouraged to attend!

October is Stewardship Month

This year’s Stewardship theme is “5 Principles of a Fruitful Congregation”. Letters to all members will be mailed the first week of October and 2025 Pledge Cards mailed the third week of October. Consecration Sunday will be October 27th,  with cookies and punch following the service.  Please prayerfully consider how to expand your gratitude through Bethel Wesley in 2025.
